The Dallas Police Department would like to alert the community for reports of a male exposing his genitals to females in an apartment complex in the 7600 block of S. Westmoreland Road. There have been two reported incidents, both occurring on the same day, April 9th.

During the first incident which occurred at approximately 9:00 am, a suspect approached a 17 year old female in the breezeway of an apartment complex. He exposed his penis to her and asked her to perform a sex act on him. He left the location when she refused but then came back and offered her alcohol. A neighbor observed this and told the suspect to leave at which point he fled the location. The suspect is described as a Black male in his mid-30s, 5’10” tall, weighing approximately 195 pounds, wearing a black and white striped pull-over, black cargo shorts, Air Force 1 shoes.

During the second incident which occurred at approximately 10:20 am, an 18 year old female at the playground of an apartment complex reported that a male exposed his penis to her and solicited a sex act. The female ran from the location and flagged down officers in the area. The suspect in this incident is described as a Black male, 33 years old, 6’00” tall weighing approximately 250 pounds. Officers searched the area but did not find anyone matching either suspect description.

Due to variations in the suspect description, it is unclear if the same person committed these offenses. Citizens observing suspicious activity are asked to call 911.
