The Dallas Police Department K9 Unit is hosting its first ever Canine Chief on the Beat. This new event will be held Saturday, May 3rd, at the Samuell Grand Recreation Center located at 6200 East Grand Avenue. Festivities kick off at 10:00 am and will be emceed by Fox 4’s Neeha Curtis.

There will be a Pet Costume Contest, low cost vaccinations and entertainment for the whole family. Come meet the officers and their K9 partners at this free and fun event!
