Delivering

fedexOn April 14, 2014, at about 2:45 p.m., Dallas officers responded to an Aggravated Robbery call in the 800 block of South Windomere Avenue. The officers met up with a FedEx driver who had been assaulted and robbed of his deliver truck and the undelivered items inside.  The suspect also took the driver’s personal .40 caliber semi-auto pistol.   

The officer put out a distinctive description of the suspects and the vehicle over the police radio.  Senior Corporal Jonathan McMillion observed the vehicle driving eastbound on W. Davis Street from N. Morocco.  The officer followed the vehicle until the police helicopter and cover elements arrived to perform a high risk traffic stop.  

The pistol and the packages where recovered. The packages may have been a little late, but they were delivered. The suspects were also delivered…to jail. 

The suspects for this offense are Ramos, Rodolfo L/M/04-27-94 and Ramos, Sergio L/M/09-03-93. They were charged with Aggravated Robbery. This incident is documented on case number 88486B.
