On Wednesday, June 3, 2014, Pamela Leone Jones, W/f/06-15-78, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals for Sexual Assault of a Child, a 2nd degree felony. The victims in this case are two of her 16 year old male students. The offenses occurred in April and May of this year and both happened off campus. The offenses are documented on case numbers 134322-2014 and 134323-2014.

The Child Abuse Unit was notified of this offense by a Coach at Desoto High School who stated that he had been contacted regarding the allegations.

According to the first 16 year old victim, Ms. Jones came to his aunt’s apartment in the 10000 block of Forest Lane on April 26. According to the victim, Ms. Jones is his teacher.  He reports that he and the suspect had sex in her car.

The second 16 year old male victim, stated to investigators that on May 31,  Ms. Jones invited him to her home in the 700 Block of Calcutta and that they had had sex in her home.  The second victim also reports that Ms. Jones is his teacher.

Arrestee Jones shows no prior arrests and she was placed in Lew Sterrett Jail with bail set at $50,000. $25,000 for each offense.
