On June 3, 2014, at approximately 7:30pm, the victim, a 12 year old female, was walking in the 2000 block of West Commerce at Hampton when she was approached by a Hispanic male. He is described as approximately 30 years of age, goatee, and spiked hair cut. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and dark blue jeans.  The victim also noticed that the suspect had a twitch in his left eye. 

The suspect was driving a silver 4 door truck with an orange radio inside it, tinted windows, and a rosary hanging from the rear view mirror.   The suspect offered the victim a ride and the victim accepted.  The suspect then took the victim to a store in the 2700 block of Fort Worth Avenue and later to a parking lot in the 1700 block of Colorado Boulevard.  While at this location, the suspect sexually abused the 12 year old victim.
