Marques Elder

On June 6, 2014, patrol officers of the Northeast Division responded to a call for service at the McDonald’s located at 11800 Abrams Road regarding a sexual assault involving a 15 year old male child and suspect, Marques Elder, B/m/29,  8/13/84. The suspect had gone into the bathroom at the location with the victim and sexually abused him.

The Child Exploitation Unit (CEU) was notified and the suspect was arrested and brought to the CEU office where he was interviewed. After he was interviewed, suspect Elder was transported to Lew Sterrett jail and charged with Indecency with a Child/Contact which is a 2nd degree felony. The offense was filed under case #136667-2014.
