UPDATE: The suspect arrested in this incident is Jacquinn McClinton B/F/36. Arrestee McClinton has been charged with Aggravated Assault  (Motor Vehicle) Family Violence and Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle.

Today at 2:45 am, officers were called on a female driving erratically in the parking lot at 8124 Forest Lane. The female suspect was attempting to run over a male victim when the officer fired his weapon. The suspect was not hit and there are no injuries reported. At this time charges are pending.
