Nigerian Chairman visit Dallas

On Wednesday, June 18, 2014, Nigerian Chairman came to America for the first time, and paid the city of Dallas a visit for a week.

The men were recognized at city council and took a tour of Jack Evans Police Headquarters, the department’s 911 Call Center,  City Hall and other Dallas locations.

The purpose of their visit was for the men to take the knowledge of what makes Dallas great back to their West African country of Nigeria to make it better.

This visit was 2 and 1/2 years in the making and was made possible by City of Dallas Africa Liaison, Regina Hill Onyeibe.   Mrs. Onyeibe is passionate for the continent of Africa and plans to bring the remaining 774 Nigerian Chairmen and Chairwomen to Dallas.

This visit was completely funded by the Nigerian government.
