An individual wearing an orange reflective vest approached the door to the residence of a 92 year old woman in the 2600 block of Clarendon Drive the morning of July 20th. The White male, described to be in his late 40’s or early 50’s, had a clipboard on hand and informed the resident that she needed to evacuate the house so that he could cut off the gas line.

The woman told him that she had nowhere to go, but that she had a doctor’s appointment on the 21st at 10:30am. Today, the suspect kicked in the woman’s back door and stole a large amount of cash as well as jewelry and other items.
