Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child

On July 25, 2014, Cleo Patterson Jr., black male, 20 years of age, D.O.B. 11/14/93, was arrested for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, F/1, involving a female child 11 years of age. The incident for which the Suspect was arrested for occurred on June 12, 2014, in the victim’s home. This offense was reported on Case #141440-2014. Suspect Patterson is an acquaintance of the victim’s family. Suspect Patterson has a prior conviction for Indecency with a Child in 2011 and is a Registered Sex Offender. Patterson is currently being held in Lew Sterrett jail with a $50,000 bond.
