Update:  Mr Lonnie Paddock has been safely located.

Around noon today, Lonnie Paddock was last seen at 3434 Tioga Street in Dallas. He is believed to have wandered away on foot. He uses a breathing machine and left the location without one.

He is described as an Asian male 46 years old about 5’07” and weighing 100 lbs. He was last seen wearing beige pants, blue shirt and black shoes.
