On October 16, 2014, victim Juan Dedios Canizales was found deceased inside his home in the 2300 block of Quinto Drive.  As a result of the investigation, Homicide detectives developed information leading them to Clifford Lee Compton W/M/47 as a Suspect to this murder.  On October 18, 2014, the Dallas Police Metro Unit arrested Clifford Compton and took him to Dallas Police Headquarters to be interviewed. Compton was interviewed and Detectives obtained a search warrant to recover evidence related to this offense. Compton has been charged with Capital Murder with a $1,000,000.00 bond.  i.
