The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the individual above.
On Monday, 10/27/2014, Mrs. Davis was last seen around 7AM on foot around the area of 2500 Fort Worth Ave. Mrs. Davis suffers from dementia, is hearing impaired, and may appear to be disoriented. She was last seen wearing gray pajamas with white stripes on the shirt, and clear sandals with black soles.
