On Wednesday, December 10, 2014, the complainant, Ms. Raquel Hultquist, reported to her supervisors that she was assaulted by Mayor Pro Tem Tennell Atkins.

On December 10, 2014, Ms. Hultquist was interviewed by the Dallas Police Department’s Criminal Intelligence and Public Integrity Units.

On December 11, 2014, the Dallas Police Department’s Criminal Intelligence and Public Integrity Units interviewed the witness to the incident.

There is a camera located at the entrance of the door where this incident occurred.

On December 10, 2014, Equipment Building Services (EBS) personnel stated to the Dallas Police Department that the camera had not worked properly since December 4, 2014, but they would follow up with the vendor to see if they could retrieve any video.

On December 11, 2014, EBS personnel stated to the Department there was no video.

On December 12, 2014, Mayor Pro Tem Tennell Atkins was issued a citation for Misdemeanor Class C Assault on incident #294574-2014.
