On December 22, 2014, between the hours of 9:40 pm and 10:00 pm, an unknown Black male suspect wearing a black hoodie entered the victim’s apartment and sexually assaulted her.  This offense occurred in the area of Frankford Road and Kelly Boulevards and is documented on Service Number 303682-2014. 

Prior to this offense, a Suspicious Person call was made to police in the area of Marsh Lane and President George Bush Tollway at approximately 8:56 pm.   The suspicious person was looking into apartment windows and also wearing a black hoodie.  However, the race could not be determined.  

The suspect in the sexual assault and suspicious person call is further described as 20 to 30 years of age, 5’8″ to 6’2″ feet tall with a thin build.  He has facial hair or a “scruffy” like appearance.
