On May 3, 2015, Dallas Police responded to 3207 Norwalk Avenue regarding the shooting of Israel Tovar Puga L/M/45. Puga was transported to Parkland Hospital where he died from his injuries. As a result of the investigation, Homicide Detectives interviewed Refugio De La Cruz L/M 42. After the interview it was determined De La Cruz shot and killed Mr. Puga after a physical altercation. De La Cruz has been arrested for murder and placed in jail on a $500,000.00 bond.
