UPDATE (May 7, 2015 @ 9AM):  Mr. Charles Taylor has been located safely by patrol officers.

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Charles Taylor. On Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at approximately 5:30 p.m., Mr. Taylor walked away from his apartment located at 9450 Royal Lane Dallas, Texas. He is described as a B/m/75, DOB 06/06/1929, 5’05” in height and weighing 130 lbs. Mr. Taylor has gray hair and was last seen wearing brown and navy plaid long sleeve shirt with blue jeans and white Nike tennis shoes.  This incident is documented on #0102188-2015.
