The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance is locating a Critical Missing Person. Mr. David Santoya was last seen on foot in the 1500 block of Gillette Street. Mr. Santoya has been diagnosed with dementia, high blood pressure and diabetes. He was last seen wearing a light blue polo shirt, blue jeans, white tennis shoes, and carrying a black umbrella. Mr. Santoya usually wears eye glasses.  This Critical Missing Person report is documented on Incident #145289-2015.
