The Dallas Police Department is seeking any information that can help locate Murder Suspect Manuel Rocha Jr, Latin male 10/30/1988.  He is 5’9″, 175 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes.

This morning, at approximately 7:52 am, officers responded to a call regarding a one vehicle accident in the 2200 block of Royal Lane. The vehicle was on fire. While DFR was able to put out the fire, they discovered the body of a female in the back of the vehicle. Officers interviewed witnesses that observed a male leaving the scene of the accident.  Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate this person of interest.
