Do You Know This Person?

On June 28, 2015, at approximately 3:40am, officers responded to a robbery call near the 2600 block of Hartman Street. The two female victims were walking home when a suspect got out of the front passenger seat of an older 4 door silver vehicle and approached them. The unknown suspect pointed a silver revolver handgun at both of them and stated “give me your purse.” One female complied right away and handed her purse to the suspect, and then the suspect ripped off the purse from the other female’s shoulder.  While the suspect was going back to the suspect vehicle, he stated “Don’t look at my license plate.” The suspect got into the front passenger seat of the suspect vehicle and fled the location.  The victims went home and called the police.

One of the victim’s credit cards taken during the robbery was used four (4) times. Video from two separate locations where the credit cards were used and the suspect in the white t-shirt matches the suspect description that was given by the victims. It is believed that the suspect in the black shirt is connected to the other suspect and might have been the get-away driver.

suspsrobberyThe suspect is described as a Black male and between 20-25 years old. He is approximately 6 feet tall, thin-build, and last seen wearing a white t-shirt, dark blue jeans, armed with a silver revolver.  At this time, we do not have a description of the driver of suspect vehicle.
