Two Dallas Fire Department Paramedics and four Dallas Police Officers responded and located the male sitting on the curb at 1700 Peavy Road. The Paramedics and the Police Officers contacted the male and began to render assistance. The male was handcuffed for everyone’s safety. The male soon exhibited indications of medical distress.
