On August 12, 2015, at approximately 4:06 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shots fired call at 8081 Marvin D. Love Freeway.  Officers discovered Avery Jones B/M/22 and Brandon Dixson B/M/27 deceased from gunshot wounds.  Terry Lynn Hodges B/M/30 was arrested on unrelated warrants and transported to the Dallas Police Homicide Unit where he was interviewed regarding this offense.  As a result of the investigation, it was determined that Hodges drove Dixson to the location and provided a weapon to be used in the offense.  Hodges has been arrested for Capital Murder and placed in jail.  His bail has been set at $500,000.00.
