DPD’s Pet of the Week is Rita A904024. Rita is young and playful. She’s 6 months old and about 33.8 lbs. She has a huge personality and heart to match. Rita has been in the care of Dallas Animal Services since August 14, 2015.

Let’s help find Rita a Furrever Home. Rita’s adoption fee is $85 but now through Sunday, Dallas Animal Services is offering $5 off adoption fees for every new, unused school supply donated for the school supply drive.

She is available for adoption at Dallas Animal Services main location, 1818 N. Westmoreland, 75212. They are open 11:00 am to 6:30 pm Monday – Saturday and 12 noon until 5:00 pm on Sunday. Pictured with Rita is Police Officer Carlos Almeida who is in the Media Relations Unit.
