DPD’s Pet of the Week is Shay A903995. Shay is a smiling, 1-1/2 year old black Lab. She has been in the care of Dallas Animal Services since August 13, 2015. Her adoption fee is just $85 and includes her spay, vaccination, a microchip, and 30 days free pet health insurance.
