On Tuesday, September 15, 2015, Kelly Daniels of Sodexo, in conjunction with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, presented the Dallas Police Department with more than 200 teddy bears for the Bears on Patrol Teddy Bear Donation Drive. This donation drive parallels with National Teddy Bear Day, which was September 9, 2015. The teddy bears were equally distributed amongst the seven patrol stations and will be handed out to children across the city of Dallas. Patrol officers will be giving the teddy bears to the kiddos in hopes of brightening a child’s day with a new cuddly friend.
