Update: As of Sunday, September 20, 2015 at 7:43 p.m., Mr. Samuel Heard returned home and is safe.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Samuel Heard. Mr. Heard is a 71 year-old Black male, last seen Friday, September 18, 2015, at about 5:00 p.m., in the 300 block of North Jim Miller Road. Mr. Heard has brown eyes, gray hair and is 5’9, 200 pounds.  He was last seen driving a gray, 2011 Toyota Scion, with a Texas license plate 8JDKX.
