Update 10/4/2015 at 2:06 pm: The Critical Missing Person Francisco Ramirez has been located safe. He has been transported to a hospital for evaluation.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to locate a critical missing person Francisco Ramirez.

On October 4, 2015 at about 9:15 am, Mr. Ramirez was last seen on foot in the 400 block of South Clinton Avenue. Francisco Ramirez is a Latin male 24 years old, 5’3 and weighs 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Mr. Ramirez was last seen wearing a black shirt, black shorts, and black high-top Nike tennis shoes. Mr. Ramirez is distraught and is considered a danger to himself.
