COMMUNITY AWARENESS BULLETIN: INDECENCY WITH A CHILD/EXPOSURE

On Friday, October 9, 2015, at approximately 8:00 a.m., a 14-year-old female was walking to school in the 3000 block of Clydedale Drive when the suspect drove up and asked her for directions.  The suspect asked her to write down the directions and provided her with a pen and a notepad.  As the female was writing down the directions, the suspect exposed himself to her. 

The female stated that approximately 3 weeks ago, she was approached by the same suspect while she was playing in her front yard with friends. On that occasion, the suspect asked them for directions to a restaurant.  Both conversations occurred in Spanish.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, in his 30’s, wearing a blue bandanna and red t-shirt.  The suspect does not have any facial hair or tattoos.

The suspect’s vehicle is described as a newer model gray, Chevy Cobalt with black leather interior.  

This offense is documented on case number 234544-2015.
