On October 6, 2015 at approximately 6:15 p.m., Dallas Police were notified regarding the death of victim Fransisco Landaverde-Garcia L/M/47 at Doctors Hospital.  As a result of the investigation, it was determined that victim Mr. Landaverde-Garcia was assaulted and hospitalized by suspect Christopher Bateman B/M/22 who is pictured below. Mr. Landaverde-Garcia never recovered from his injuries after being assaulted by Bateman on September 23, 2015.  Bateman has been charged with murder and remains at-large.
