Update: As of November 1, 2015 at 8:25 a.m., Mr. Rangel has been located and is safe. He has been transported to a local hospital for an evaluation. 

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Ruben Rangel, Jr. Mr. Rangel is a 24 year-old Latin male, last seen Sunday, November 1, 2015, at about 1:05 a.m.  He was last seen in the 7400 block of Fair Oaks Avenue, driving a blue, 2010 Nissan Versa with license plate BTS 1979.  He was wearing blue jeans, a sombrero har, and a blue and white poncho. Mr. Rangel is 5’08”, 220 pounds, has brown eyes, and black hair and has made threats to harm himself.
