The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Abundio Ortiz. Mr. Ortiz is a 79 year-old White male, last seen Monday, November 2, 2015, at about 3 p.m.  He was last seen on foot in the 3100 block of Satsuma Drive.  Mr. Ortiz is 5’06”, 178 pounds, has brown eyes, and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a brown coat, green golf shi
rt, khaki pants, white baseball cap and white tennis shoes.
