On May 13, 2015, at approximately 10:45 p.m., Celestino Cisneros was physically assaulted which resulted in his death on October 11, 2015.  A person of interest, as seen in the photo above, was caught on surveillance cameras along with the vehicle he was driving.  The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying this person.
