Update: November 20, 2015 at 4:50 p.m., Critical Missing Person Mr. Rogelio Hernandez has been located safely in Arlington, TX.  

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing person, Rogelio Angel Hernandez. On November 20, 2015, at around 11:14 a.m., Mr. Hernandez was last seen at his apartment which is located at 4810 Tx-408 Spur, Dallas Texas. It is believed that Mr. Hernandez could possibly be driving a burnt orange 2013 Hyundai Veloster with Texas licence plates GDP1890 and could be a danger to himself and others. Mr. Hernandez is described as a 28 year old Latin male and  is 5’6”, weighs 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. His clothing description is unknown.
