On November 29, 2015, at approximately 3:55 P.M., a black Dodge Dakota pulled into the parking lot of Sam Ash Music store at 10838 North Central Express Way. The Dodge parked in front of the door and a white male, approximately 6 ft. 200 lbs wearing a black leather jacket, black shirt, dark colored jeans, and black dress shoes exited the passenger side of the truck and entered the Sam Ash Music store. The Dodge Durango then backed into a parking space close to the rear emergency door of the business with no rear license plate visible on the truck.

The suspect entered the location  and grabbed a black Electro Voice Speaker and attempted to flee the location through the rear emergency door. The rear emergency door alarm activated, but would not open. Witnesses attempted to apprehend the suspect. The suspect pulled out a silver semi-automatic pistol, waved it around, shot twice at the door, shattering the glass in front of two witnesses and ran out jumping into the Dodge Dakota with the speaker.  The suspects then fled northbound on the Central Expressway Service road at a high rate of speed. This offense is documented on case number 277523-2015.
