Update: On January 3, 2016 at about 5:45 a.m., Ms. Kathryn Moore was located safe. 

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ms. Kathryn Elizabeth Moore. On January 2, 2016, at around 9:27 a.m., Ms. Moore was last seen on foot in the 800 block of W. 10th Street. Ms. Moore may be in the area of the Jefferson Corridor. Ms. Moore is described as a 73 year old White female and is 5’06”, weighs 130 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes. Ms. Moore was last seen wearing a blue gown with black and white pants.
