The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Eubanks. He was last seen in the 10400 Block of Metric Street, at about 07:30am on January 9th. Mr. Eubanks was wearing a green rain jacket and unknown other clothing description. Mr. Eubanks will be driving his Black, 1991, Ford, F150 with Texas License Plate DGX-8889.
