Da Ouyang 03/11/1985

On January 13, 2016, Da Ouyang a 30 year old Asian male , was arrested for a Sexual Assault F/2 that occurred on October 18, 2015.  The victim and the arrestee were acquainted but were not in a relationship. DNA evidence recovered from the victim confirmed the identity of the arrestee.

Da Ouyang is currently in jail at the Lew Sterrett Justice Center on a $ 100,000.00 bond.
