The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 73-year-old Jose Guadalupe Sanchez. He was last seen on January 19, 2016 at approximately 7:45 a.m., at the 2300 block of El Capitan Drive. Mr. Sanchez is a Latin male, 5’2”, weighs 150 lbs, has grey hair with brown eyes. Mr. Sanchez was last seen wearing blue jeans, red jacket, black shoes, and a white cowboy hat. Mr. Sanchez has been diagnosed with dementia.
