On January 12, 2016, an unknown Hispanic male exposed himself to the victim and three minor children while performing a lewd act on himself at 6500 Abrams Road.  The suspect then followed the victim and minor children to two other locations after they left the original offense location. The suspect was driving a Green or Black 4 door Nissan, Texas tag FHY0422. The paint on the hood of the vehicle was fading.

On January 14, 2016, a 17 year old Roosevelt High School Student was walking on 1400 Morrell Avenue, when she was followed by an unknown Hispanic male driving a black 4 door Nissan. The male exited his vehicle and followed the victim on foot. The male exposed his penis and performed a lewd act as he quickly followed behind the victim.  The victim was able to run away from the suspect.

Although the two cases may or may not be related, the involvement of the black 4 door Nissan and suspect description was similar.
