Luis Esteban Garcia-Palomo

On January 20, 2016, a Community Awareness bulletin was shared with several media outlets in the Metroplex regarding an Indecent Exposure suspect.

On January 12, 2016, the arrested person Luis Esteban Garcia-Palomo, a Latin male 8/14/1989 performed a lewd act on himself in front of the victim and her three children. Garcia-Palomo then followed the victim and her children to a secondary location. The victim was able to provide police with a vehicle description and a license plate.

On January 22, 2016, Dallas Police officers located the suspect vehicle in the 6500 block of Skillman Street in a parking lot and were able to obtain his residence information from a witness. The victim positively identified Garcia-Palomo in a photo line-up and police detectives worked swiftly to secure a warrant for his arrest. Garcia Palomo was located at his residence and was arrested for Indecency W/Child Exposes, which is a third degree felony. He is currently being held in the Lew Sterrett Justice Center on a $100,000 bond.
