On January 30, 2016, at approximately 11:20 p.m., Dallas Police Officers responded to the cutting call at 2710 Kingston Street involving victim Jose Aguirre L/M 54.  Mr. Aquirre had been involved in an altercation where he suffered multiple stab wounds.  He was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.  As a result of the investigstion, Jose Miguel Rocha L/M 26 was taken into custody and interviewed.  Mr. Rocha confessed to stabbing the victim and was placed in jail for murder.  His bond has been set at $150,000.00.
