From January 1, 2016, to February 3, 2016, four black male suspects committed seventeen robberies of individuals in the parking lots and courtyards of the Stone Ranch Apartment’s located at 9340 and 9350 Skillman Street.  Suspect descriptions provided by victims and surveillance video of many of the offenses showed that the same four suspects appeared to be responsible for these offenses.  The Northeast Patrol Division officers early on developed persons of interest and worked with the complex management to positively identify them before they were alerted and could move and eliminate any investigative advantage.  Officers conducted almost round the clock surveillance working diligently to catch the suspects in the act.   

On February 4, 2016, at 6:45 p.m., a team of Dallas Police Officers assigned to the case observed three of these suspects commit a burglary of an apartment.  Christopher Roan Perkins, B/M/04-25-91; Andre Lamar Drumgoole, B/M/09-17-97; and Ladarrius Jamar Williams, B/M/05-02-90 were arrested as they carried stolen property from the victim’s apartment.

All three arrestees were transported to police headquarters where they were interviewed by detectives.  Mr. Perkins and Mr. Drumgoole admitted to their involvement in the Burglary of a Habitation and several of the robberies.  Detectives will continue to follow up and work to develop information linking these suspects to additional offenses

Mr. Perkins and Mr. Drumgoole are in the Dallas County Jail currently charged with Burglary of a Habitation and Robbery.  Mr. Williams is in the Dallas County Jail charged with Burglary of a Habitation.
