UPDATE 2/29/2016 @ 5AM:  Critical Missing Person Hae Won Jo has been located safe.

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person Hae Won Jo. On Sunday, February 28, 2016, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Ms. Jo started sending text messages threatening to harm herself. She was last seen, on foot, on Saturday February 27, 2016, in the 9000 block of Markville Drive. Ms. Jo may be a danger to herself and others. She is described as an Asian female 36 years old, 5’02” in height and weighing about 135 pounds. Her hair is brown with blonde tips and she has brown eyes. Ms. Jo was last seen wearing a white with blue stripes long sleeve shirt and blue jeans.
