The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistants in locating Mr. Bobby New.
On Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at approximately 8:30 a.m., Mr. New was last seen at 100 S. Beltline Rd. and was walking in an unknown direction. Mr. New suffered from a head injury as a child and may appear to be confused if located.
