The Dallas Police Violent Crime Task Force is fighting crime throughout the city, but when they come across children that need role models they take the time to hang out with them. Here is a great example of one our officers taking time out to spend with a child.

Officer Morales was patrolling the apartment complex and talking to citizens when she spotted the child.  He looked like we wanted to play, so Officer Morales asked him if he wanted to go on the swings with her. Officer Morales was caught on video by one of her coworkers having some fun with the young man. They were both enjoying themselves on the swing set at the Greenville Apartments park.

Thank you to Officer Morales for not only spending time with this child, but for also being a positive role model.
