On March 18, 2016, the Dallas Police Department collaborated with the U.S. Marshals to find Darrion Dallas, B/M 30, who was wanted for the murder of Andre Davis. The U.S. Marshalls arrested Mr. Dallas in Denver, Colorado, where he is awaiting extradition.
Updated Saturday, March 12, 2016:
Through the course of the investigation Homicide detectives developed probable cause to obtain two additional arrest warrants for the offense of Murder in this case – one for Darrian Dwayne Dallas B/M 30yrs old and Charleston Devon Jackson B/M 33yrs old.

On October 8, 2015, Dallas police officers responded to a shooting call at 1820 Chattanooga Place. Upon arrival, officers observed the victim, Andre Davis, a 24- year-old Black male, deceased from several gunshot wounds. After further investigation it was determined that the suspect, Kenneth Henderson, a 29- year-old Black male, is responsible for Mr. Davis’ death.
