On February 12^th, 2016, at 10:50 pm, a female victim was walking in the courtyard of her apartment complex in Northeast Dallas located at 11440 McCree Road.  An unknown Black male suspect, between 30-33yrs old, approximately 5’8” tall, stocky build, with black curly hair approached her.  The male suddenly grabbed her and her mouth and nose with his hand. The female screamed and fought the suspect causing both of them to fall to the ground.  A neighbor heard the female screaming and came to her aid.  The suspect fled on foot toward Jupiter Road.   The suspect was wearing all black clothing.  This offense is documented on Case Number 035292-2016.  A composite sketch of the male was completed.

On February 12, 2016, at 10:50 p.m. a female victim was walking from her car to her residence at the Hilton Head Apartments, 11440 McCree Road, when an unknown black male, 30-33yrs old , approximately five foot eight inches tall, with black hair, unknown weight wearing gloves, approached her.  The suspect suddenly grabbed her and put his hand over her mouth and nose. The female screamed and fought the suspect and was able to trip him, causing both of them to fall to the ground.  A neighbor heard the female screaming and came to her aid.  The suspect fled on foot toward Jupiter Road.   The suspect was wearing all black clothing.  This offense is documented on Case Number 035292-2016.

About 15 minutes later, a female victim was walking toward her home through the parking lot of the Villas at La Risa Apartments, 12825 Jupiter Road, when an unknown black male came up behind her and grabbed her.  The suspect pulled her behind a dumpster and pushed her to the ground.  The female screamed and kicked the suspect.  The suspect had one hand over her mouth and one on her throat choking her.  The female continued to scream and kick until the suspect ran off northbound on Jupiter Road.  A neighbor heard the assault and ran after the suspect until he lost sight of him.   The suspect was wearing black coveralls.  The victim was unable to give any additional suspect description.  This offense is documented on Case Number 035218-2016.

Given the close proximity in time and distance, detective’s are working to determine whether or not these assaults were committed by the same suspect.
