On March 14, 2016, at approximately 9: 10 p.m. Dallas police responded to a stabbing call at 3800 S. Tyler St. The victim, Clifton Carpenter a 27 year old Black male and his common law spouse, Arrestee Lilicia Woods a 25 year old Black female were arguing when she fatally stabbed him. He was transported to Methodist Central Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. Arrestee Woods was detained and transported to the Dallas Police headquarters where she was interviewed and arrested. She is currently in the Dallas County Jail charged with Murder on $ 100,000.00 bond. Please refer to the below PCA for more information.
