The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ms. Josphina Rodriguez. On March 25, 2016, between 8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., Ms. Rodriguez left her house in the 100 block of Mt. Hood Street on foot. Ms. Rodriguez is described as an 89-year-old Latin female and is 5’02” tall, weighs 100 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Ms. Rodriguez was last seen wearing blue pants and a blue sweater. She was also wearing glasses and walking with a cane.
