Community Awareness Bulletin

On the morning of March 29, 2016 just before 9:00 a.m., the adult female victim was walking near Comstock Middle School, when she noticed a black male suspect at an apartment complex near the 300 block of N. Jim Miller Rd. As the victim got closer,  the suspect approached the fence,  exposed his penis and masturbated through the fence.

Dallas Police were called to the location and searched for the suspect but were unsuccessful in locating him.

The suspect is described as a black male, 30’s, 5’09’ and 300 lbs dark complected, with braids that appeared to be coming loose. He was last seen wearing  black pants, and a black hoodie style pull over with a white undershirt and black athletic shoes.   

Dallas police alerted DISD police of the incident immediately. Detectives have spoken to several apartment managers in the area and are asking that anyone with any information about this offense to please contact Detective H. Barton of the Dallas Police Sex Assault Unit at 214-671-3685.
